316 Teams, 1008 Games, Over 20 Events!
Our biggest, most time consuming data entry to date. The game search is available at the bottom of the page to hopefully answer any game related questions. Don't see your team or if we are missing event info you'd like to see, please reach out to your event promoters and insist the certify their events with us to guarantee a place in the rankings.
Over 640 games played between almost 200 teams were analyzed to compile the class of 2027 rankings. The 12 tournaments we analyzed were Tennessee Spring Miracle Classic, AAU World Championships, NTBA Nationals, MAYB Nationals, Best of the Best Showcase, Southern Starz Shootout, GBA Nationals, Roses Rising, Spurs & AAS Nationals, Jam On It West Coast Nationals, GYBC Session 1, and US Amateur Nationals (TN).
We continue to be asked how we choose what tournaments to include. 1: we can only use tournaments where the results are easily found e.g. Exposure Events and Tourney Machine sites; we can only analyze tournaments we know exist. 2: the competition must have a minimum of 10 participants all in a single age division; we will not use mixed age brackets e.g. 2027/2028 or "middle school" girls divisions. We will use 6 team divisions if the competition has at least 2 overlapping teams that are previously ranked from an event of 10+ teams. In regions where we are lacking data, an exception may be made to use a 4 team division with 1 overlapping team, but that is yet to happen. Hopefully this clears up some of the guidelines we use to qualify the tournaments and as always, if you know of a tournament that we are missing, please let us know and we would be happy to look at it!

Tournaments are ranked by competitiveness based upon the ranking of each team competing. TSI or tournament strength index is a mathematical calculation that accounts for each participating teams overall strength based upon previous results, this gives us the fundamentals to calculate a strength of schedule for each individual event. TSI is a dynamic rating, so it constantly changes, when a new score is entered that changes the rating of a team that competed in the event the events TSI is also recalculated.
